Does AKC have an affidavit form like for instance when someone has puppy papers and they fill them out and then before they send them in they decide to sell the pup to someone? If so can someone hook me up with the link or the form? Thanks

Good question I have the same deal going on just bought a 8 month pup and the pappers were filled out and never sent in I was planning on calling akc and ukc to find out what to do

i think the best thing to do in this case would be to do the online reg. all you need are the numbers off the forms and its alot quicker than sending them in.

Just got done with same problem the easiest way is do them online no problem If you mail them you have to have written consent from the breeder of why they was filled out along with a signature of breeder and new owners info. and so on. I whited the info out once and got away with it.
