How can anyone observe the happenings in the gulf and not question his sanity or suspect that he and his entire staff hates the USA. The judge lifted the moratorium on drilling and they lie and continue to try to stop it. He brings in his experts to re enforce his edicts through Salazar, Secretary of the Interior. However, the experts deny Salazar's assertions and in fact, support lifting the Moratorium. The oil keeps spewing. He refuses to use his power to bring in others to help with the skimming.
He uses the interior dept and the National Guard to impede all efforts by the states to protect the coast. First he did nothing. When the citizens of Louisiana began vacuuming the oil out of the water and depositing it in barges, the National Guard used a "like of barge inspection" to temporarily stop this effort. They delayed building sand berms which could stop the spread of the oil slick. After they grudgingly gave permission, the operation started, then they halted them again and told them to move two miles further out to sea.
Hopefully no country attacks the US before this buffoon is out of office.
