Better Beagling Magazine

Post by barnold1 »

Does everybody receive this magazine looking like it's been to hell and back, or am just lucky? I've received three issues thus far and all have been torn/mangled upon receipt. Anybody else experiencing the same?

No. My magazines are in good conditions. It might be your post office that's doing the damage.

I don't think it's anywhere close to my end of delivery because I get several mags in the mail and don't have problems with any of the others.

barnold1, they all don't take the same route to your house. Somewhere from Upstate New York (where it's printed) to your place there's a mail processing center that's got your mag on top of the stack of stuff heading your way. The top and bottom piece in a bundle always get mangled. That or they're running it through a machine sorter.

It does have some sort of scan code stuck to the cover.

Never had a problem. I used to get Rabbit Hunter and would get them messed up from time to time. I think its the sorting center doing it to.

Hey Bill,

How's things going in Northwest MO - little on the hot side here (like everywhere else) - can't wait til it cools down. We get several mags in the mail but we have had only one (beagle mag - don't recall which one it was) came in torn; we called the beagle mag and explained to them that it came in torn and they sent out a replacement - then I called my mother-n-law (postal auditor) ----funny thing.....havent had another delivered messed up since.

Laura,

It's too hot up here for much and the weeds are way too thick and green, but we're in tune up mode right now and looking forward to better times. I get about half a dozen other magazines, but this is the only one coming in jacked up. I sent an email to the Better Beagling website and hopefully they'll get back to me.

That's how it is..the one you wait for is jacked up but the wal mart sale bill never is. Chris, Shannon & Marty ran for a couple of hours this morning - but it is humid as all get out. Had some running but nothing to write home about.

Bill, I've had that problem in the past. I contacted Better Beagling and they sent me new copies right away, Sarah did'nt know why my magazines were coming like that but problem seems to have been rectified.

Contact them at info@betterbeagling.com. Ralph & Sarah may not be able to help with what is likely a postal issue, but can't even try if they don't know there is a problem. If enough people who have this issue tell them, a pattern may develop from their delivery addresses and the USPS can determine if it is happening at one facility.
