trying to identify
I have a year and a half old beagle female, she is not a lemon beagle or a bluetick beagle, but she has very rare( as I am told by My vet and other beagle owners) coloring and markings, she has no black on her and is mostly a chocolate (darker brown with tan and white and no black on her at all) colors, she has a texas star on the back of her head ( in white) and she has golden eyes and a gold nose. Can anyone please inform me what these colors mean? She is full blooded and registered with the Ohio Kenal
I would advise you to chose your next few words very carefully.

I have alot of dogs with chocolate, a little tan and some white. Mine also have golden eyes and nose. They all come out of Paul Webb's kennel in Middletown Ohio. His kennel name is Rising Sun. Mine have more desire to run rabbits than 10 dogs should have. They are easy to start, have great hunt and are very easy to handle.

This isn't a rare color beagle, a lot of people refer to these dogs as red, I know of quite a few that fit this category. A lady by the last name of Peggy Shields(I think) had a nice dog at the Grand Nationals last year that was this color, not sure what his breeding was though. Did you get a pedigree with the dog? That will tell you more about what his bloodline is. Is he AKC, UKC or NKC registered?
