Never seen the dog run, but you want to get a hold of Jay Grysk in Maine as he owned both of those hounds(sire and dam). Razz Matazz was suppose to be a hell of a hound and I think Blue Bell recently passed on and she needed a win to finish.
Steve C and Harebawl(used to own Razz) will be able to tell you about the mother and father.

I saw Razz a dozen times anyway but never running. He lived most of his life in about 1/4 acre pen not far from me- well fed and cared for but I don't know if he ever got out of the pen until Jay Grysk bought him as a fairly old dog. If I'm not mistaken, I'm fairly sure I saw him run at one of Spacetown's winter trials several years back. This dog dominated the pack for quite a time on extremely tough conditions (very cold with deep powder snow). The judges ordered him up which shocked me at the time. This was another hound from early Branko breeding that never had the chance to show his ability both to compete and to produce. Leroy Brown and General were the other two hounds that shared that pen.
