I grew in and around Wayne Co, TN. We have a big farm there. Actually lived in Alabama but only a few miles from the line. I currently hunt some with a board member from Winchester.

Hey Bayou,
That campground is about 500 yards away from the club and running grounds.

I was wondering how long it would take to get ratted out.

I hail from .....well, there isn't a name for it. It's ummmm, somewhere between Gnatty Ridge, Union Hill, and Hermitage Springs, TN, but if you send a letter it would go to the bigger settlement of Red Boiling Springs (pronounced "Red Sprangs") which has its own post office and 2 (two) funeral homes now. If you want biscuits and gravy at the restaurant in Hermitage Springs, you'd better get there by 6 am. If you show up at 7 or 8, they've done "thowed it out".

My cousin tells me that have put names on the roads around his place. Most of my kin are buried at either Union Hill or Hermitage Springs and I try to get back down home at least yearly to spread flowers around. ;)

Well, I guess I am now claiming to be from TN. Lived in NC most my life, but married a girl from Murfreesboro, TN and we are moving back to her next of the woods. I am actually loading the moving truck in the AM and heading out. Already got the kennel built in TN and will be hauling the hounds tomorrow as well.

So this is NC Beagler signing off - I'll be logging back in as Briarhoppers (what my wife calls the dogs).
