I do not think there are any Big Pack Clubs in Arkansas. There are clubs in Louisiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee which would be the closest to your area. I am always glad to see new people interested in Big Pack. I think there are some upcoming hunts in Louisiana. Check the ARHA website.

no there is not one there as of now. there was one in ohio, but it didn't take off. SC, Tn., Ky, La. are the only active big pack club states.
big pack is alot of fun, many of you on here would like it if you gave it a chance. it is not for people who like to hustle or sell dogs. it is hard to make a champion, harder than any other format, so the people who just like to champion dogs and talk about how many FC's they own will not enjoy themselves. there several fellas that sell lots of dogs and still come to enjoy themselves and their dogs do very well in the format, like Lance Spivey, Mr. bobby and johnny williamson. but it is not a format that gets alot of publicity b/c of the fact that the people who enjoy running big pack enjoy good fellowship and are true beaglers like many of you are. we don't need a long list of titles or FC's to know a good dog when we see one.

that being said i invite anyone who loves to run beagles and likes friendly competition to attend at least one Big Pack hunt, it is a good time to be had

it is alota fun, there are multiple judges instead of one so no one person will completely control the outcome of the hunt. if you have any questions you let me know and i will do what i can.
