I wasn't sure where to ask these questions so I thought I would place them here.
Does anyone know of the beagle club in Fort Wayne, IN near Aboite Ctr Rd? I think they run Brace dogs there but I was not sure and there was no contact information on their door last time I was checked. Any information as to style of dogs they run, trial information, and so on would be helpful. Also, contact information for the club pres.
Thanks in advance,
Boat

Old Meg she was a gypsy;
And liv'd upon the moors:
Her bed it was the brown heath turf,
And her house was out of doors.

What kind of beagles do you run (style speed, & bloodlines)?Dogdreamer wrote:I wasn't sure where to ask these questions so I thought I would place them here.

I was asking because I run LP style dogs and was looking for someplace close to run them. Last time I approached the club I saw a sign that read, "No gundogs allowed." Wasn't sure if they still felt that way.
Thanks,

I got the same reaction from the Dearborn County Beagle Club in southeastern IN. They said they did not want any gun dogs because they would catch their rabbits!! I was wanting to join and use the pens for pup training but they would not even let me explain what I was interested in. Oh well, I will get the new pup trained just fine without their help.
