Where running yesterday, dogs had jump a rabbit running out at about 160 somewhat yards and broke down having alittle trouble lining the rabbit out so we walk toward the dogs and look down the hill and saw 2 coyotes like froze in the sereca which looked like they had been coming toward dogs. All at once they turned and ran, but they were very close to the dogs. Just glad we walked to the dogs.

Twice recently, my dogs were running, then they started barking as if they were alarmed. The first incident I toned them and they came back to me. The second time they didn't have a collar so I started walking toward them an yelling. No incidents.

Last evening I was sitting out on my patio when I heard them start howling a three or four hundred yards away, behind my neighbors house.
It makes me nervous about turning them loose around the house.
