Like others have said, if you're keeping her for yourself and don't mind hunting alone, go ahead, keep her. It's not gonna hurt anything. Otherwise if you can't train her out of it, it's probably time to say goodbye.

If there isn't some verifiable cause for the aggression- jealousy is not verifiable- you definitely shouldn't breed her. It's not like she was beat. (I assume)
If its not jealousy, its definitely something...

Hmm.. Maybe.

Still, what that paper describes (I can get the full copy if anyone wants it, it might be interesting) is far and away different from what the OP discusses. This isn't the owner showing affection to another dog, but simply being around one.

I should say that I don't believe dogs are capable of feeling jealous of an owner POTENTIALLY displaying affection toward another dog. One thing for a dog to get upset in the moment, it's another for a dog to postulate that an owner being near another dog means the owner is going to show it affection which then makes the dog jealous.

That's an awfully complex thought process that I don't think they're capable of.

I don't know if dogs are capable of jealousy or not but I used to own a female that would always squeeze in between me and another dog if I was petting it and push the other dog out of the way.
