Stud book

Has anyone got their new stud book yet????
I ordered mine back on sept 3 and still have not got it yet. I tried to PM Bev but she will not reply. I know the book was only $10.00 but never the less i paid what they ask, i wish i could get a little better service

I ordered both issues last yr, received the 1st issue in late nov of 03 and have not received the 2nd yet......over a yr.

Thats just not right. I like the magazine and get it on time but this stud situation book is unreal

Patience is a virtue,nobody would be more pleased than Bev, to get the books to your house.

I'm not trying to be mean or rude to Bev, I just think when you are being told that it's on it's way and you never get it theres a problem. i don't have any problem with the book taking 4 or 5 months to get here, but tell me that up front and return my emails. I've have been more than patient.

I too have ordred this stud book long ago and have not recieved it ....This Bev lady has proven herself unfit to hold her position. She frequently screws up orders deliveries ad has forgoten to place trial info on time which is crucial to clubs.. I and everyone else has not renewed and will never renew our subscriptions to her mag as it was always late to arrive. Tell that sorry excuse of an editor/mag editor/saleswoman she can keep the $10 and her book and put it where the sun dont shine.....

Guys i'm not on here to start a fight i just want my stud book, i don't have a problem with my mag coming on time. it's always here the 1st or the 3rd. I was just woundering if anyone else has got theirs.

Odd.....out of the thousands of checks that come in yearly for subscriptions, ads and what-not, I don't recall ever getting one from a "Grizzly". I must work on my memory skills. I'll do that inbetween screwing up orders and accepting trial ads that come in illegible and 9 days after the deadline. You may not have renewed your subscription, and I'm sorry to lose you as a customer, but just so you'll know, "everybody else" has been lying to you. I know because I've received their renewals - some of them for 2 years. It's okay with me if you want to walk around with a hair shirt on, but I'd never have you to walk around deceived.

Peter, Tim, and those of you I do know: I'm sorry I didn't get back with you sooner. Yours are addressed and mailing in the morning. Mr. Latimer was correct; I've been hand-addressing these and mailing them in batches over the last couple of weeks. It's kinda time-consuming, but they are being stuffed in envelopes and going first class so they will arrive in decent shape. I did take some time off to do Christmas with the grandkids, etc.

As of this writing, all orders are filled - even the ones I received today. The last batch of folks to receive them should have them within 2-3 days. It's 2:35 in the morning, I have another hour or two of incompetent work to perform, about 30 e-mails to answer, then I'm going to bed.
