Last Day of Season

Saturday was the last day of the season for cottontails here in WI. It was -9º when we cut the hounds shortly before 8:00 am.
Pictured is my friend Mike and my Dad (missing friend Joe) with hounds Diesel and Bonnie, the hounds ran fairly well right from the get go and we had our limit by 1:30 pm.
It was Mikes first time with hounds, I think he’s hooked.

nice pic Rowdy. the smile on Mike's face tells me that he will probably go again. your dads looks like he still enjoys the sport even though he has been on hundreds/thousands of hunts. look forward to running with u guys in a few weeks.
