Carly (either on purpose or happen stance) was in Columbia SC at the same time as Hillary and took the opportunity to answer questions since Hillary won't. National press took that as a challenge to knock Carly down a few notches (NYT especially).

basically Andrea Mitchell went into this interview hoping for a scalp and ended up looking like a fool.

I suspect that Fiorina will make the debate.
Because Thursday morning Quinnipiac University released a national poll showing that Fiorina has, in fact, broken into the top 10 list of GOP presidential candidates. Only the top 10 candidates will be allowed to take the stage at the first debate in August.

Fiorina is tied for 10th in the poll with Ohio Gov. John Kasich, both with 2 percent of the vote. But it's the first time that Fiorina has made the cut.

Five GOP candidates tied for first place, with each receiving 10 percent of the vote — Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, Mike Huckabee, Marco Rubio and Scott Walker. Sen. Rand Paul brought in 7 percent of the vote, Sen. Ted Cruz received 6 percent, Donald Trump received 5 percent (seriously), New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie came in with 4 percent to round out the top 10 (or top 11, since Fiorina and Kasich tied).


After McCain and Romney it's refreshing to see GOP candidates actually pushing back. Cruz, Paul, Walker and now Fiorina aren't going to allow the media to present an unchallenged narrative in 2016.
