Nope, I'll still be at the World Hunt that weekend, I would assume that you are talking about the UKC state hunt?

black and tans

Post by Big Dog »

To Blitzen,
I have 1 female out of FC Smokes Creek Syris McGee, I have 2 males and 1 female out of HOF GRRCH Swartz Briar Patch Biff, Biff wasn't black and tan but the mothers of all 3 dogs were. 2 of the mothers were out of Big Time and a black and tan female named Swartz Cali, the other was a black and tan female out of Spicers Blue back.

Big Dog

I believe your Storm dog is out of Swartz's Briar Patch Biff & Laurel Mt Big Time Belle.

The one you have out of the Blueback Female(Not Black & Tan) is Bomber.

black and tans

Post by Big Dog »

Hello Rick, I thought Blue Bell was mostly black and tan like her brother Blue Belly? I was trying to explain where the black and tan on these dogs came from, which isn't biff and big time. Most people that see storm, queen and bomber look at me crazy when I say they are out of Biff because as you well know since you own him(LOL) Biff is more of an open marked tri color, so I have to tell them that the Dam was black and tan, of course then there next question is what was the Dam out of, and when I say Big Time of course they go how did Big Time throw black and tans because he was also a tri color dog. Finally I have to explain that the Black and Tan goes back to Storms and Queens grandmother which is Swartz Cali, which is where Bell and Sqwuall got there color from what I understand. I guess Bomber gets his from the Blueback side, but he has a lot more white than my other dogs.

Sorry Big Dog I miss read your post. For what ever reason after I read your post I thought you were saying that Storm was out of Squawl. I guess I just had one of those moments. :???:
