Lonewolf I think that is the smartest tip I have heard yet from all the beaglers I have talked to...including longtime breeders!!! I wish I had a stethescope, lol. My sister is an RN...I think I will give her a call! She might be able to actually tell what she is hearing in there too, lol.

honey,,,,,,glad to be of help,,,,,,i tried it with a buddies dog and it really works,,,,,kinda gets you excited to hear all them little drums in there,,,,,no you can tell all the breeders at the sho i have a way to tell if dogs are with puppies,,,,,again glad to be of help,,,,,,,,,,jeff

Is three weeks too early to hear anything? She is at 22 days post insemination today...seems awful early...I heard a lot of stuff, my bitches heartbeat is easy to tell, and some of the gurgles are easy to figure but surely could not pinpoint any definite puppy heartbeats......Thanks!
