Ticks are out in Groves!
Wednesday Aril 13th was the first day I noticed ticks were out in North Central Indiana. I took two of my pups out to solo at my home club Prairie Creek/Mid-Indiana Beagle Club. I must have pulled 6 ticks off me, and about the same off each dog.
Yesterday April 14th I was running beagles on private land I have leased and pulled off over a dozen ticks off my body, probably closer to two dozen. If your running dogs in this part of Indiana beware, the ticks are out big time. Get your flea & tick sprays, dips, & collars on your dogs.
