Id say from all the dogs Don has championed out in AKC he is doing something right, most had Turbo or Ace or a little of both.

Jeremy.... You may be right in regards to Blue Man not being handled right before Tony bought him. Steve owned him when I saw him the three to four times. Best of luck to you and yours... keep Rick and Josh in line.

When my cousin did own him I would have to have been on your side he was rough. I try to keep the pattersons under controll but it is hard. They are excellent people with excellent dogs. You just never know what they will pull out of the dog box when you run with them. One thing is for sure they do not bring any ponys to the horse race. JEREMY

I have always wanted to try some Turbo blood, I have seen a few that were impressive when I saw them run namely, Showboat James Hitchcock, and Corrina and Babe, Ray Threadgill. Most of the dogs that I have seen out of Turbo could really run and had good mouths, the only lick that I have seen is the cold trailing, and that may have come from the bitch side. I saw Showboat just dominate a cast at the little world last year but that was the only time that I ever saw him run. He looked good that day.

I got a Double turbo bred male (1/2 brother/sister cross). Hes got awesome hunt and jump power. He has good speed and a mouth out of this world. His downside sometimes is that he can get a little over-competitive and get a little wild, but i have been soloing him and it has helped.

Big Dog. I have a 15 inch Black and Tan Turbo male that is very very good. The next time I breed him I will give you a pup out of him. Then you will have a Turbo Pup. It will be a little bit before I Breed him but when you see his pup listed Email me. Trust me You will get it Free and it will be a good hound. JEREMY

J Blair. You have to give turbo dogs tons of solo time. They for the most part don't start becoming their own dog until 19 mionths or better. When they come into there own you will know. JEREMY

Hunter,
I've got a full brother and sister to your max dog just out of the last litter of pups and they started at 4 months and 5 months and are doing great. I believe that was a great cross and I'm looking forward to them growing up and getting with it like your max dog has done. Dreamboat and Showboat are/were great beagles and it sounds like young Mr. Duncan has some good ones too.
