problems

Post by mccall »

What would satisfy you?How can NKC solve the problem?Remember only one perfect being ever walked this planet and we crucified him.I am a member of a ARHA club and do more than run trials, get out and see for yourself. Don't believe everything you hear. There is a problem let us fix it without destroying a good thing.I am not on either side ,help solve it and keep on running.

We had a really goodtime and was very proud of our hounds.

I have to tell a little story about the grand finals,The handler for RJ was as nervous as i had seen anyone (to the point of being sick),this handler was at every turn that was made as we followed behind the judges and hounds,in the being of this cast their hound got a strike/jump that i knew would come back to haunt me and it did. They knew it was'nt going to be a easy win and all in all it wasn't,but my hats off to RJ and Bobbi for a great win.

Its funny how finishing second doesn't feel to bad when you see the tears of pride and happiness rolling off the cheek of a good friend over what her hound just accomplished.
This win also put their hound in the hall of fame!! Congrats again!

Oh yeah congrats to paul also  Hey paul never doubt what an overweight, out of shape moutain man tells you about gettin around in the briars after the dogs ;)

JimBo congrats man ole junEEEEE is the real deal, great win!

Also congrats to Josh long,I judged tiger in first round and he is a HOSS,also congrats to johnny mike for 3rd place in champion class with little blue.

Way to go Lynn, and Bobbie.
Couldnt have happened to 2 nicer people.
I have become friends with Lynn and Paul and Bobbie Prevot, if it wasnt for people like them I wouldnt have cared so much about getting barred at all.
All 3 are class acts, if people like them was running the organization you wouldnt have near the problems.
Hopefully Lynn will load up some of those Kentucky boys and head this way for a Gun hunting trip this year.
And I got a feeling I can count on Paul for showing up out here with a camera this winter.
Would any one have any idea what the breeding is on R.J.?
If I remember right wasnt his dam Should have been a boy Crystal?LOL

I judged Jimmy Abshire and junie in the first round. I thought he was a fine hound. Then i went out with him in the second round, he ran agaisnt a good buddy of mines dog, and Junie just flat killed the other 4 dogs. Then I judged Junie again in the third round and he done great considering we didnt have very good running. And then he went on and won the finals, Makes you feel good to know that you have watched a dog go through a whole hunt and you think he is a good dog and then he wins the whole hunt. Congratulations Jimmy. Junie deserves it.

First off.....Congrats to all that placed a hound this weekend!!!!

Thanks Lynn for your kind and thoughtful words....It means alot to me to be able to know that there are people like you out there that truely appreciates this sport and can appreciate someone elses victory. Next time may be a different story when our dogs meet, they sure ran a tight race together trading checks. If RJ wouldn't have jumped that deer...I mean rabbit LOL  things may have turned out different....luck on my side...rabbit and dog in the right place at the right time.

I agree, Thanks for your words. There is a history behind the emotion she experienced in that cast. I truley appreciate the friendship and support you guys gave her before and after the score was read. I am jealous that I was unable to leave the club house to see the race.

Also I have to say.. Lynn and I judged a cast on Saturday. We had 50+ minutes of running on 2 rabbits. I run 3-5 miles a day 5 days a week I ran with the dogs the entire race. Every open check Lynn was standing there, I'm not sure how. I believe the man has wings. Just out of nowhere.. There he was...LOL I'll gladly take your help any day...

Sheww what a weekend it was. I just got in, me, Jimmy Abshire, and Jeff Brown stayed Sunday night and run dogs up there this morning. We had awesome running. I want to say hats off to Three Rivers and Paul Prevot for making this a hunt to remember. Paul you held it together real good and kept this moving.

Congrats to Josh Long and Tiger for winning this event 2 years in a row.

Bobbie, I got worried a time or two out there in the grand finals I thought you were gonna pass out on me and Lynn. Ol RJ is a nice hound and well deserving of Hall of Fame. Congrats to you and Paul

Lynn, me and Ol Lucy had a good run going in the first 2 rounds. Especially the second round she came back on those dogs, that was unbelievable. I hope they dont get me and you confused in the pictures lol  that would be bad for my reputation.

I also got to meet a lot of guys and gals from the board. Maybe we'll see each other again at a hunt sometime soon

Hey Preacher, They used words like tyranny and wanted to hang the people who stood up against the British. Seems similar in the arha. LOL

I had a good time at the Little World. I watched, ran against, and judged some nice hounds.
I met a lot of good people, and a few arrogant a-holes. I had a really good trip, I just wish the running had been better.

Congrads Paul & Bobbi, RJ is a one fine hound. You guys also done a great job this weekend with the hunt. I think Bobbi may have worked herself into a full time job by recruiting judges. It sure is hard to hide from her. This is proof of the old saying, "Behind every good man is a good woman."

Congrads to Lynn, 2 of the top 3 is pretty impressive. I always had Lynn labeled as a pretender but after this weekend, he's now a contender in my eyes. Ha Ha
