Remote Temp. Thermometer?

Post by jksoper1 »

Does anyone know of a Source to buy a Remote Temp. Thermometer that I can put in my Dog box? It would have something like a gauge or reader in my truck to tell how cold or hot it's getting in the Dog Box? Any help would be great.

Cabelas has something that could work for 20.00. Do a search for thermometers.

Yeah, they are pretty available. I got one at Gander Mountain. The only thing I'll say is, the battery on my outside sending unit would go dead pretty quick in the winter. Sometimes in just a couple days. If I were to buy another one, I would look for one that has taken -20 degree weather's effect on a battery into account.
