Lucky is a female. You can email Steve and Martha at Msetters@msn.com and they will tell you for sure what she is out of, but I think Craig is correct.

Raccoon Creek Lucky Blue is out of Logan Elm Blue Skim and Garr Hill Gracy. I bought her off of Bret Sillery when she was about 10 months old, just out of the running pen. She is 7 now.

she is the one having success in PP right? I didn't think Blue Skim threw a lot of PP style dogs? Am i wrong about this and do you know of any others that are doing well in PP out of Skim?

Hickory Hollow Blue Bo was out of Skim and he was one of the best Progressive Pack dogs I ever seen run. I only seen one other dog run in it out of Skim and I don`t know how he is doing . I haven`t run much of anything else in the last 6 years but Progressive Pack but I ran a few Little Pack hunts before that and I didn`t see any difference in the way they ran. I have seen a lot faster dogs in Progressive Pack then Lucky and any of Little Pack dogs I seen run.

Skim could run a line fast and accurate. He did things right.

Steve,

I posted this week that Skim died this past week, he was 12 years old. I didn't know Blue was out of Gracy. I sold Gracy to Brent because he wanted to breed Skim to her. She was a beutiful dog and could run a rabbit but not a competition hound.

Steve......Your Bo dog was one of my all time favorites. Hickory Hollow Blue Bo could flat out smoke a rabbit, lock and load doing it clean!!! I seen many of great races with that dog. A true shame that he lost his life so young.

Bo and Lucky littermates.....thats something! Give her a pat on the head and congrats on that Regional win!

Take care,
Randy

Bo and Lucky were not litermates . They just had the same sire. Bo`s sire was Zudi.
