Anyone run the Armando bloodline??

I have to agree with Chapko the very best i have owned in over 50 years was a son of Armandos Hawkeye out of a female by Indian Hills Major. Sure it wasnt all Hawkeye but he was the reason i went to northern Indiana to buy a pup from the owner. I had a friend that took a female up to breed to Hawkeye and i really liked the pups she had.

i now know that that dog was not the best i have own but could never of been replaced

I dont know of what you speak but I have crossed some dogs with the armando line. AB Venus dolly has been bred three times to Armando stuff once to levi in his late stages of his short life, once to pennwinns sony boy not the right moniker but an armando dog I would say and presently she is in pups to swampsing'n jimminy cricket another with the wrong not armando but outta levi so as pauli owns the latter dogs they all have the armando traits. Hunt brains bottom and speed . I bred AB hoser to levi as well and had solid dogs thruout. I am a fan .The only thing that I can add is that the dolly cross had some deformed get ,dolly
eliminated them tho and I would say they might have been caused by levi's advanced liver disease. Get what ya can but generally bred small 13'' so ifn you are looking for big ones only be cautious. L&S monk

na no offense I have had nothing but wonderful relations with armand and pauli .Best kinda people and great dog guys.Now there are some I cant say that about tho so let the stories fly .We still cool . L&S monk

I have a female that is a little older and slower now but can still hang in there for a couple of hours with my younger hounds. I plan on breeding her this coming winter.
