I will create threads for the official entries, but I don't want to do that without a qualified judge. Hopefully someone will step up. I'd be happy to do it but I don't feel qualified. If no one volunteers, maybe we just do a vote?

I'll judge it for you. I'm a UKC and NKC bench show judge.
One thing must be kept in mind here and that is I would have to judge these hounds by pictures only, not being able to touch these hounds or watch them gate. More than likely there will only be one picture and in that case I will not be able to get the best evaluation of each hound. If you all will take all this into consideration and would like for my opinion (as that is what you get at any bench show, one mans opinion), I will do it.

You da man, Jim!! Thanks and I for one fully understand that you are limited in what you can do with pictures only. But this is just for fun and if anyone has any complaints, they can take them down the road. But I don't think you'll hear any of that. I think we have a good bunch of folks here.

Here is what I am thinking: Please take a minute to let me know if anyone has any objections.

Separate Threads for Male, Female, and Puppy - Hopefully the Admins are listening and can Sticky the threads?

Limit of Two Pictures per hound- Identified with Name of Hound, Name of Owner, and Age of Hound. Extra info like bloodlines ,etc is optional. There is a thread stick

Deadline for entries will be September 15 which gives us two weeks.

Our gracious judge takes as much time as he likes to choose top 5.

New thread for Best in Show in which only winners from each class move on.

I'm thinking 6 Months. Isn't that the age range for puppies on the NKC bench?

We'll take it up to 12 months then for puppies. And I don't think we need to set the lower end at 6 months though. Anything up to 12 months. Its all for fun anyway.

And eBragging rights. LOL

I plan to set up the threads tomorrow with a recap of the rules and deadlines in each one. And I guess I will set them up in the Various Beagling Events forum since that's the most logical place.
