If Ford could figure out a decent tranny combo I would be interested. My dad and best bud bought Fords last year (one 150/one 250)....neither of their trucks can figure out what gear it needs to be in. I drove my dads on a few 3+ hour trips and the shifting in and out of gears at 55 or 65 or 75 will make a fella nuts. Both talked to their dealers and they said it is "for optimum fuel savings"....I say they ain't got something right.
I did see a red F150 SXT with a sweet rim package that got my attention at a different dealer though.... I about fell over when I looked at the sticker price on it though....and that is a LOW END model except the rims!!!

I have the cover on my Toyota Tundra that is made by Undercover and I can have it off by myself in 5 minutes. I is light weight yet strong enough for me to stand on without hurting it.
Ohiohntr when I traded my 2001 Tundra for my 2007 Tundra the salesman tried to crap me on my trade-in price also. I went to my credit union at work before I started looking for a new truck to get my trade-in value and it was $16,000 without all the options and it only had 43,000 miles. He was trying to give me $12,000 and I told him I would not take less than $16,000 and if he didn't won't to trade I would go to another dealer and started walking off and he called me back and we traded my way. I always go look at a vehicle like I am buying without a trade-in first and get the figures and then go back with my trade-in and that is where they will try to put it to you if u don't look out.
LOL....the manager called me. Amaizingly enough, they made a mistake with the numbers. Granted, I made a boo-boo myself in that I was deducting the trade-in off of the sale tax and in Ohio it is only on new purchases you can do that. Anyhow, numbers are better but still not enough to make me want to raise my hand.

Probably a done deal....numbers kept looking better, they obviously want to move the thing or have a buyer for my Jeep in mind. Almost too good to be true numbers. I want to thank the KY service manager for the inside track to the tricks of the trade these yo's pull. Probably saved me a couple grand or so.....I have the truck overnight to put some miles on it.
Anyone selling a NICE diamond plate or white box for a small truck pm me with some pics.....don't really want top storage, would like to keep it short like an Owens ATV box.

Had a Tacoma V6 Extracab 4x4 a few years ago, before flipping it on its top about 1/2 mile from my house. Ironically picking up a heat lamp for whelping dog at the time. Anyhow have Silverado smaller V8 now. Don't know how Toyota's are now, but back then my V8 got a hell of a lot better gas mileage. Hell my ole man had 350 V8 GMC that got better gas mileage than the V6 Toyota. My Tacoma had cruise, current Chevy I have doesn't... Needless to say I speed up and down more in the Chevy than I did in Tacoma. Yet I still use less gas in the Chevy than the Toyota. Wish Toyota made 4 cyl in the crew cabs, but don't and only do so in the regular Extracab.
