Bittersweets...

Last night, haunted by the look of little trusting faces that faded into the west.
This morning, awakened to the smells of turkey basting throughout the house.
The hurts of saying good-by, the hopes an gladness of reunited hello's as family & friends come home.
Such is the bittersweets of life.

Here's wishing each and everyone has a blessed day with friends & loved ones.

Absolutely right Patch except for don't go shopping, stay at home, so the person behind the counter does not have to work. They don't want to be there, they have to in most cases cause we don't respect Holidays and family time anymore in this corporate world of big business.
